Life Resolutions Varsity Lakes

In counselling, you make the choice of treating yourself to some soul-searching, mind de-clutterring and personal renovation.

You know already that counselling will help you to feel better, cope better and live better.

In part it is about improving the relationships with those you love (and work with). They will again want to be with you, have fun with you, talk the talk and walk the walk – with you.

No longer do you have to feel alone or unhappy - in your own skin.

Our psychologist offers you a range of therapy choices, from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy),to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to Psychotherapy and the like.

At this stage our practice caters for adults only (over 18 years/out of school), but soon we will have a child psychologist on board to meet the needs of our young ones and teenagers too.

Counselling is a connection that works. If you don’t connect, therapy won’t happen.

Our psychologist knows how to connect - not be your best friend, partner or parent, but offer you professional support to help you make the decisions and changes that your life demands.

It is never too late. Your mind can adapt and change, if you know why and how. That is what we are here to help you with. We can make it happen together.

Our practice also helps people of different nationalities who have come to Australia, with the emotional demands of re-settling themselves in this beautiful country. We are also able to offer counselling in Afrikaans, if needed.

Life Resolutions Varsity Lakes is one of three Life Resolutions practices on the Gold Coast (also Bundall & Oxenford).

Our rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere calming. With loads of safe parking, you can forget about the world for a while and come in to focus on YOU!

Because we are available through the week til late at night and weekends, you are bound to find a time that suits your busy lifestyle.
